Iced Coffee

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups fresh brewed coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup cream (if desired)

DIRECTIONS

In a large pitcher stir in the hot coffee, vanilla extract and sugar until dissolved. Refrigerate coffee until cool, about 20 to 30 minutes.  Add the ice and chilled coffee evenly between four chilled glasses. Add cream to taste. Makes 4 servings.

 

Iced Mochas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups cold coffee
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup white sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour coffee into ice cube tray. Freeze until solid.
  2. In a blender, combine coffee ice cubes, milk, chocolate syrup and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes 4 servings.

Vietnamese Iced Coffee

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dark roast ground coffee beans
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  •  ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Brew coffee with water using your preferred method to make brewed coffee. In a pitcher add the sweetened condensed milk. Pour the fresh hot coffee into the pitcher, and stir to dissolve the milk. Pour the hot mixture into 4 tall glasses with ice cubes and stir briskly. 

 

Cappuccino Cooler

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups cold coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • crushed ice
  • whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, combine coffee, ice cream and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour over crushed ice. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.

Iced Latte

Ingredients

  • 1  cup cold water
  • 1/3  cup ground French roast or espresso roast coffee
  • 1/3  cup half-and-half or light cream
  • 2  to 4 teaspoons flavored syrup of yout choice
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  •  Ice cubes 

Directions

Brew coffee with water using your preferred method to make brewed coffee. Pour coffee into a pitcher. Stir in half-and-half, vanilla, and flavored syrup.
